Although a new roof may be completed, our work isn’t necessarily over. Throughout the lifecycle of a roof system, changes in a building’s structure may occur or new roof top equipment may be required. Whether you require a new HVAC system installed, are adding an addition to the building, or improving a roof’s drainage, ARTE Roofing’s expert services are available. Having worked with trades of various backgrounds, our staff is capable of coordinating with third party trades roof related work. Our experience also allows us to identify an existing roof system’s composition, ensuring that any repairs or retrofits are compatible with the original roof system.

  • Sealing of new roof protrusions/projections.
