Our field operations are what drives our ability to service our clients. In order to do so you not only need to equip your field personnel with the right equipment to do the job, but also the knowledge and training as it pertains to product application.At ARTE Roofing you will receive training that is lifelong. Your training will encompass formal in-house and on the job training. Through paid manufacturer material and trade association training you will be prepared to apply your skills on the job. Our commitment to formal safety training and certification, will equip you to perform your responsibilities safely.
But it doesn’t end there. Your enrollment in apprenticeship training through various Technical Schools will put you on the path of a Red Seal Journeymen Trade Certificate. Not only will ARTE Roofing pay for all your books and tuition fees, we will go one step further. ARTE Roofing will support you financially while you are attending full time school assisting you by supplementing lost wages.
